Electronic Artwork Submittal Guidelines

Please complete the form below to submit graphics for your application. Submissions are processed no later than the next business day.

SOFTWARE

We currently support following software:

  • AutoCAD 2007 (dwg, .dxf)
  • CorelDraw X3 (.cdr)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

OTHER ACCEPTABLE FORMATS

  • Adobe Acrobat 7 (.pdf)
  • Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
  • Tagged Image File (.tif or .tiff)

Many other formats exist for electronic file transfer. If you have something other than what is listed above please send us what you have and we will do our best to accommodate your file format.

FONTS

Please include any associated font files along with your graphic file. Alternatively, you may convert all fonts to curves or paths. If we do not receive fonts with your submission we cannot guarantee that files opened on our systems will match those from your network.

MEDIA

Please use our online submission form to send us your files. Alternatively you may E-Mail your files to:

PROOFS

PDF files of color proofs and drawings will be e-mailed to you for approval before production begins.
